Our Work Speaks

Real projects, real impact. Here's what we've been building over the years - each one tells its own story.

We don't do cookie-cutter designs. Every building you'll see below started with someone's vision and ended up being something they actually love walking into every day. That's kinda the whole point.

Residential / Sustainable

Lakeshore Passive House

This one's pretty special - a net-zero energy home right on the waterfront. The clients wanted to prove you don't have to sacrifice style for sustainability, and honestly, we nailed it. Triple-glazed everything, solar orientation that'd make your physics teacher proud, and a geothermal system that keeps things cozy year-round.

  • Net-zero energy consumption
  • Passive house certified
  • Reclaimed materials throughout

Junction Tech Hub

Converting an old warehouse into a tech workspace was challenging, but that's what made it fun. We kept the industrial bones - exposed brick, original timber beams - but made it work for modern office life. Green roof, rainwater harvesting, and tons of natural light. The startup teams there say it actually makes them wanna come to work, which is high praise.

  • Adaptive reuse project
  • LEED Gold certified
  • Biophilic design elements

Residential

Riverside Townhomes

Six units that don't look like they came from the same cookie cutter. Each one's got its own character while still feeling like they belong together. Modern layouts with flex spaces because people's lives change - your home office might become a nursery, y'know?

Heritage Restoration

St. Lawrence Market District Restoration

Working with heritage buildings is like surgery - you gotta respect what's there while making it functional for today. This Victorian-era building needed serious love, but we kept every detail that mattered. New mechanical systems, updated accessibility, but you'd never know from the street.

Urban Planning / Sustainable

Port Lands Neighbourhood Plan

This isn't just buildings - it's about creating a whole community from scratch. Mixed-use development with actual thought put into how people move, live, and interact. Pedestrian-first streets, integrated green spaces, and commercial areas that make sense. We're talking 15-minute neighbourhood vibes before it became the trendy buzzword.

Commercial Interior

Queen West Bistro

Restaurant design is tricky - it's gotta look good for Instagram but also work for staff hustling through dinner rush. This space flows naturally from bar to dining to private areas, with acoustics that let you actually have a conversation.

Residential / Sustainable

Muskoka Lake House

A weekend retreat that doesn't fight with the landscape - it sits in it. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the views, natural materials echo the surroundings, and sustainable systems mean minimal impact on the lake ecosystem.

Commercial

Financial District Tower

Not your typical glass box. We played with the facade to create visual interest while maximizing energy efficiency. The result? A building that stands out without screaming for attention.

Community / Sustainable

Scarborough Community Hub

Public spaces need to work for everyone, and that's exactly what we focused on here. Library, recreation center, and community meeting spaces all under one roof. Flexible layouts mean the space adapts to whatever the neighbourhood needs - from youth programs to senior activities to weekend markets.

  • Multi-generational design
  • Barrier-free access
  • Energy-efficient systems
